SSL certificate problems

If you have problems with the validation of the certificate from your browser, you can check the following:

• Verify that the time on your device is correct.
• Verify that your browser version is not out of date.
• Verify that you are not behind a connection managed by your company that controls certificate authorization. You can verify this by checking the ASN or company that provides your IP address from https://ipinfo.io/.
  • You can also try using an easy-to-configure VPN like Windscribe.
    1. Create a Windscribe account if you don’t have one already.
    2. Download the Windscribe application.
    3. Run the installer after it finishes downloading. Press the Install button and wait a few moments for it to finish.
    4. Login to the application once installed, press Login.
    5. Choose a server from the list and click on it to connect.
